All plans have immediate and unlimited access to a personal concierge crew. Settle-in services are included in the Month Pass.
A refund amount will be determined based on the following formula:
Refund amount = Purchased amount – (used days x daily price)
The daily price applied for refund is based on your actual used days as below:
1 - 6 used days: $25/day
7 – 29 used days: $20/day
30 – 364 used days: $10/day
Yes, you can. Just choose the dates you need our service from and to on your app. The daily price corresponding to your service duration will be applied as below:

If you sign-up for the annual plan or a customized plan for longer than a month, we can organize for you to pay the fee on a monthly basis. Email us at hello@chickadeeapp.com.
You can cancel your plan anytime by simply dropping a message to your concierge crew on the app.Upon cancelation, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the unused days of your plan. Your access to your Chickadee concierge crew will be valid until the end of the day of cancelation.
